Job Description: At BI Studio we are a team of creative strategists,storytellers and Art Directors, working for local, regional, and internationalbrands and clients. We create work that matters to our clients and resonateswith people.We're looking for an Art Director to join our creativeteam. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues to develop compelling visualsolutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has solid design skills, acreative mindset, and enjoys bringing ideas to life. What you'll do: Develop creative concepts and visual directions forvarious projects Create designs, storyboards, and other visualmaterials Work closely with designers and other team members toexecute projects Help ensure work meets both client needs and qualitystandards Present and explain creative ideas to internalteams Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creativediscussions Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines RequirementsDegree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, orrelated field 3+ years of experience in an agency or creativeenvironment Strong portfolio showing your design and conceptualskills Good understanding of current design trends andtechniques Ability to work well in a team environment Solid communication and presentation abilities BenefitsPackage is paid in fresh USD. Salary depends on competencies and qualifications. After a 3 -month probation period, private medicalinsurance coverage, within the company's group insurance plan. Location: Position based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasionaltravel. Candidates should be able to show outstandingorganizational skills and keen attention to detail. They have to communicateclearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and writtencontexts, and show a flexible attitude towards the agency's departments, teamsand clients.
