The Marketing Director role involves leading strategic marketing initiatives for the company, covering communication, PR, events, social media, and overall marketing activities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee marketing tactics, promotions, and events to attract customers.
- Conduct competitive studies, maintain relationships with external partners, and enhance brand visibility.
- Strengthen the CRM platform and integrate tenants for a credit card business model.
- Lead marketing campaigns, CSR initiatives, and new branding strategies.
- Manage budget preparation, financial analysis, and talent development.
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Proven track record of experience in both offline and online marketing.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and managerial skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills.

- Teamwork, accountability, and effective problem-solving.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
