Art Director

Our client is a Media & Social Networking company seeking to hire a "Art Director" to be based in Beirut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visual direction across projects, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Develop and guide conceptual visual strategies that align with client goals.
• Oversee and collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists from concept to final execution.
• Review and approve storyboards, illustrations, and final layouts; provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives, encouraging growth and excellence.
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketing, and production.
• Stay ahead of design, cultural, and media trends to inform creative direction.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and support version control processes.
• Contribute to resource planning and help manage creative budgets or timelines when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in art direction or senior design roles.
• Bachelor's degree in fine art, graphic design, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience in conceptual ideation and integrated campaign development.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and AI design tools, with a strong understanding of their application in creative workflows.
• Skilled in presenting creative strategies and feedback integration.
• Familiarity with Figma, Slack, Asana, and other collaborative platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for crafting resonant brand experiences.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating advertising campaigns, branding, and cross-platform design.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
