Job Description: Marketing Director

Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Marketing Director with a robust background in marketing, technology (specifically Oracle and Healthtech), and the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives, fostering innovation, and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Company's goals and objectives.

o Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

o Drive brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

o Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

o Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

3. Tech Expertise:

o Leverage extensive experience with Oracle and Healthtech to drive technology-focused marketing initiatives.

o Understand and communicate the value proposition of complex tech solutions to diverse audiences.

o Stay current with tech advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into marketing strategies.

4. Industry Knowledge:

o Utilize deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with industry stakeholders.

o Develop and nurture relationships with key industry players, media, and influencers.

o Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure marketing efforts are compliant and effective.

5. Team Management:

o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

o Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

o Ensure alignment between marketing objectives and overall business goals.

6. Budget Management:

o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

o Monitor expenditures and ROI, making data-driven decisions to maximize budget effectiveness.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

o Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

o Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and achieve common objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on technology (specifically Oracle and healthtech) and the oil and gas industry.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
