Responsibilities Respond to Medical Concerns: Address patient inquiries and concerns related to medical aspects of beauty treatments and cosmetic enhancements offered by the clinic. This might involve explaining treatment procedures, potential side effects, recovery times, and other medical considerations. Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all medical information and advice provided to patients is accurate, up -to -date, and in line with the clinic's practices and policies. Handling Inquiries Professionally: Engage with patients in a professional and compassionate manner across all communication channels (phone, email, social media, application) to provide prompt and helpful responses. Appropriate Escalation of Issues: Know when to escalate medical concerns to qualified medical professionals or beauty experts within the clinic to ensure that patients receive the best guidance. Patient Education: Educate patients about the various beauty treatments available, their benefits, and potential risks so that they can make informed decisions about their cosmetic enhancements. Maintaining Patient Records: Keep accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and concerns in the clinic's database or customer relationship management system. Privacy and Confidentiality: Ensure that all patient medical information is handled with utmost privacy and in compliance with data protection regulations. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and industry developments in the beauty and cosmetic enhancement field to provide the most relevant and updated information to patients. Requirements Education & Experience ●       Bachelor's degree in a medical field, such as nursing, biology or in health sciences, pharmacy. ●       Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare, luxury retail, or beauty setting. Competencies & Skills ●       Exceptional communication skills for effective patient interactions and medical inquiries on various channels, including phone and social media platforms. ●       Empathy and compassion in addressing patient needs and medical concerns, providing a supportive healthcare experience. ●       Strong problem -solving abilities to promptly resolve medical queries and ensure patient satisfaction. ●       Bilingual in English and Arabic (French language is a plus). ●       Detail -oriented for accurate medical documentation and patient record management, maintaining confidentiality. ●       Proficiency in medical terminology and clinic services, delivering comprehensive and up -to -date medical support to patients. ●       Multitasking capabilities in a fast -paced environment to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks efficiently. ●       Adaptability to stay updated with medical advancements and patient support systems for enhanced service delivery. ●       Cultural sensitivity for understanding diverse patient backgrounds and creating a welcoming environment. ●       Collaborative approach to ensure seamless patient experiences and coordinated care. ●       Positive and friendly demeanour, building trust and confidence in the clinic's medical support.
