The Chief Dietitian at Dr. Costi House of Beauty holds the pivotal responsibility of providing expert nutrition advice and crafting personalized meal plans for patients, elevating their overall health and complementing their cosmetic enhancement objectives. This role demands an in -depth comprehension of nutritional science, exceptional communication skills, and a patient -centered approach to care, all aligning harmoniously with the clinic's unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled excellence in its services. Furthermore, as the role progresses, the Chief Dietitian will also supervise and guide the nutritionist team, ensuring the provision of top -tier nutritional support throughout the clinic Responsibilities Patient Consultation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their specific nutritional needs, discuss their cosmetic enhancement goals, and gather relevant medical history information. Personalized Meal Plans: Develop tailored and personalized meal plans and dietary recommendations, considering patients' unique needs, health conditions, and cosmetic enhancement objectives, with a focus on optimizing nutrition and overall well -being. Nutritional Counseling: Provide expert nutritional counseling to patients, educating them on healthy eating habits, portion control, and the significance of a balanced diet, supporting their cosmetic goals and overall health. Progress Monitoring: Regularly follow up with patients to evaluate their progress, make necessary adjustments to meal plans, and offer ongoing support and guidance throughout their wellness journey. Supervision of Nutrition Team: Provide leadership and guidance to other nutritionists and nutrition team members, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support to patients while maintaining high professional standards. Collaboration with Clinic Staff: Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals at the clinic, including slimming and body contouring specialists, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care, strategizing effective approaches for patient well -being. Departmental Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for the nutrition department, setting goals and objectives that align with the clinic's overall mission, vision, and values. Stay Current with Industry Advancements: Continuously update knowledge of nutrition science, dietary trends, and best practices to deliver the highest standard of care to patients, staying informed of the latest industry advancements. Medical Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, nutritional recommendations, and progress in the clinic's electronic health record system. Quality and Safety Assurance: Adhere to all clinic policies, guidelines, and industry best practices, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment that prioritizes patient well -being. Clinic Growth and Reputation: Contribute to the growth and reputation of Dr. Costi House of Beauty by participating in marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and engaging in continuous professional development opportunities to attract new patients. Requirements Education & Experience ●       A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required. ●       A Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is preferred and considered a plus. ●       Must have a valid license or certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent, in accordance with local regulatory requirements. ●       A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical nutrition, dietary counseling, and meal planning. ●       Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
