Summary: The Ticketing Agent plays a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by efficiently managing ticket reservations, inquiries, and issue resolution across multiple channels. This position requires a detail -oriented, customer -focused professional who can navigate complex booking systems, handle high volumes of transactions, and provide accurate, timely support. The Ticketing Agent serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all bookings are processed correctly and any discrepancies are resolved promptly. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the service delivery team. Responsibilities:Process ticket reservations, upgrades, and cancellations accurately and efficiently using the booking system.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.Resolve booking discrepancies, refund requests, and special assistance needs in a timely manner.Maintain up -to -date knowledge of schedules, pricing, policies, and service offerings.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics and customer needs.Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM or ticketing platform for audit and follow -up purposes.Monitor and escalate urgent issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel, events, or ticketing environments.Proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and problem -solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.Ability to multitask and manage high -volume workloads in a fast -paced environment.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
