Design Sales Consultant
We are a high-achieving, family-oriented window treatment company focused on luxury interior and exterior home design products. We are seeking a polished, consultative Design Sales Consultant to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.
Location: Lebanon, TN % in-office + client sites)
What You'll Get:
On Target Earnings: $75K–$95K in Year 1Company vehicle with gas paid10 PTO days with accrual beginning first day and usable after 60 days6 paid holidaysM-F, 7:30a-5pTraining provided for the first 90 daysHands-on mentorship and daily guidance in both interior and exterior salesWhat You'll Do:
Generate leads and follow up on company-provided leads and inquiriesConduct in-home sales consultations and measurements using a laserBuild relationships with clients, designers, and construction professionalsClose in-home sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approachNetwork at home shows and local events to create new business opportunitiesPerform precise measurements with a laser to ensure accurate renderings and flawless installationsOrder products, coordinate installations, and ensure client satisfactionManage leads that may come from out-of-state clientsWho You Are:
Consultative sales experience with a strong understanding of the sales processExperience in luxury, design-oriented sales; interior or exterior products preferredNetworking experience and social media/content marketing skillsPolished, professional presence with strong emotional intelligenceAbility to meet client needs with integrity and detail-oriented executionSelf-starter who is adaptable and willing to learnPhysical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors for exterior product installationsTech-savvy and ability to use G-Suite, iPad, and CRM platformsIf you are a motivated, luxury sales professional with a design eye, consultative approach, and strong networking skills, apply today to join our growing team in Lebanon, TN.
