Responsibilities

• Participate in the presales phase by assisting the sales team in understanding the prospects needs and demonstrate the solution.
  
• Work on building tailored and customized demo instances for industry specific prospects.
  
• Work with clients to gather their requirements, understand their business processes and recommend/design solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with the clients to identify their pain points, and propose the ERP solutions that align with their objectives. Conduct workshops, interviews, and business process analysis to gather requirements.
  
• Understand the gap between the customers' requirements and the current products.
• Solution Design: Define the ERP system architecture and configuration based on business requirements. Write the functional specification documents and collaborate with the technical teams to customize and integrate the ERP modules, ensuring a seamless flow of information across various functions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with the technical Developers and ensure that the deliverables are being handled and delivered on time and up to standard.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users in Arabic or English to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system
• Assist with testing and quality assurance of the ERP system
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific requirements. Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients regarding ERP system advancements and their potential benefits.
• Provide input to product development teams to improve the ERP software.
  

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
• Experience in ERP consulting or implementation
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations, particularly in areas related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or human resources.
  
• Experience with configuring and customizing ERP software solutions to meet client requirements

• Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in conducting system testing, user training, and providing post-implementation support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
