This is a key role in our company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about travel, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast -paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences * Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities, using our booking systems * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their repeat business and referrals * Stay up -to -date with industry developments, new destinations, and travel trends * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and travel arrangements * Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals * Participate in training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills *Requirements* * *Required Skills* + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong client -oriented approach + Proficiency in booking systems (e.g. GDS, CRM) + Knowledge of destinations and travel products + Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and meet deadlines * *Experience* + Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry + Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role * *Education* + High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, tourism) preferred * *Certifications*
