We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing and advertising, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, media partners, and agencies.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
