Position: Marketing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts . This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Track campaign performance metrics (sales lift, traffic, engagement) and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure in-store materials (posters, flyers, display) are delivered and displayed.
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence and website content
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments
- Manage marketing files, databases, and supplier contact lists.
- follow up on payments, and support budgeting documentation.
- Compile monthly marketing performance summaries and expense tracking sheets.
- Provide support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
