Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Creative Projects: Own the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned output. Innovate & Execute: Generate impactful creative ideas, provide expert art direction/copy, and integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. Client Engagement: Present ideas effectively, build strong client relationships, and translate insights into compelling creative solutions. Strategic Thinking: Understand and contribute to strategic briefs, ensuring creative work is on target and impactful. Business Acumen: Contribute to financial management and ensure efficient project delivery. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

Proven experience in leading creative projects from concept to completion. Minimum 8 Years of overall experience Demonstrated ability to generate innovative and impactful creative ideas. Experience in developing and delivering compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. Hands-on experience with industry-standard creative software and emerging AI tools. Track record of successfully integrating AI into creative workflows to enhance efficiency and output. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior creative team members. A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in diverse creative projects, innovative solutions, and a proven award-winning record. History of generating proactive ideas and the ability to articulate how AI has been leveraged to enhance creativity and efficiency in past roles. 

Technical Knowledge & Skills: 

Creative Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design/editing tools. AI Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application of AI tools and platforms relevant to creative production (e.g., generative AI for imagery/text, AI-powered editing tools, data analysis for creative insights). Presentation Tools: Proficient in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) with a strong ability to craft visually engaging and persuasive presentations. Creative Strategy: Strong grasp of creative strategy, brand guidelines, and market trends. Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of creative assets. Digital Platforms: Knowledge of various digital platforms and their creative requirements (social media, web, mobile apps). Creative Formats: Good knowledge of various creative formats (above and below the line). How We'll Support You
