Key Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on client s requirements.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts as per the client s brand guidelines.
  • Create compelling data visualizations, transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
  • Deliver high-quality assets within tight deadlines and effectively manage quick-turnaround design requests.
  • Transform raw client content into effective and aesthetically strong visual materials.
  • Incorporate feedback.
  • Design social media digital platforms, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, animated visuals, etc.
  • Work closely with the Director of Content Insights to enhance weekly content calendar output.
  • Seek approvals from the Director of Content Insights on all designs created.
  • Transform client content into effective designs.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.
  • Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, thus ensuring designs are consistent across all online communications.
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of software within the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and Microsoft Office.

Technical

  • Strong knowledge of software within the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and Microsoft Office.

Experience

  • BA in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or any related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably at a digital agency.
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
  • Good branding and information architecture experience.
  • Experience in designing e-commerce websites or advertising.
  • Animation experience is required.
