About the Role:

A highly reputable company in Beirut is seeking a Sales Officer to support sales and customer development activities within our electricity and power services business. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, supporting sales presentations, and assisting in promoting the company s electrical solutions and services.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of basic sales principles, an interest in electrical or power-related solutions, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers and supporting new client acquisition to expand the company s presence in the electricity and power market

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities for electrical power solutions and services

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations

  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies and market expansion initiatives

  • Handling customer inquiries and coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions with customers under the guidance of management

  • Preparing price quotations, proposals, and commercial documents and sharing them with clients

  • Attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen customer relationships and market visibility

  • Following up on projects and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures

  • Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

  • Coordinating effectively with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and service activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in utilities, power, or energy sectors is a plus)

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management

  • Comfortable preparing and delivering client presentations, including technical-commercial discussions

  • Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and work effectively under pressure

  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements, energy usage, and commercial data

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
