Sales Officer - Systems Business - BCI Arabia

Job Summary:

The role combines  sales management, key account oversight, technical consultancy, and business development. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to establish realistic sales goals and strategies.
  • Oversee  major accounts, negotiate pricing, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Maximize revenue and profitability through effective pricing, volume management, and netback optimization.
  • Monitor expenses, receivables, and collections. 
  • Provide quarterly reports on business plan performance and financial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to meet customer project requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare project submittals, advise clients on product selection, compliance, and system applications (e.g., blowing agent substitution, fire/smoke regulations).
  • Recommend customer credit limits and payment terms based on credit files.
  • Track rebates, commissions, and business volumes.
  • Mentor and develop the sales and technical team to meet new challenges.
  • Expand the company's market beyond KSA and the Gulf region.
  • Provide bi-monthly reports on business status and key account performance.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and technical service within the spray foam, polyurethane, or construction chemicals industry.
  • Proven track record in key account management, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of spray foam and polyurethane systems, applications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review financial and operational data to optimize business performance.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business development and client support.
