Massaya is a boutique winery established in 1992 by the Ghosn brothers in partnership with French wine families. It started with the iconic blue arak bottle and built a solid reputation locally and internationally. Today, Massaya operates across three locations in Lebanon: Tanaïl in the Beqaa Valley, Faqra with a Wine Resort, and the main offices in Baabda. Massaya is embracing modern practices by operating with international firms and enhancing its brand equity and marketing departments.
Job Description- Promote and sell Massaya products across assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, restaurants, and distributors.
- Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
- Support promotional events, tastings, and brand activations.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wine, beverages, or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Available to move between branches when needed.
- Valid driving license and personal car are a plus.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on seasonal needs, including Saturdays and holidays during peak periods.
