Developing custom CRM software solutions that meet the specific needs of the business and its customers.

  • Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using programming languages and development tools such as C#, Javascript, and SQL.
  • Collaborating with other developers, and different departments to understand business requirements and create software solutions that align with business goals.
  • Maintaining/Modifying existing application code, SQL Server database, and workflows scripts
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing CRM systems to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
  • Providing technical support to end-users and resolving software-related issues.
  • Creating documentation and user guides for software applications.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in CRM development.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Education

  • BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related fields with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.

Experience

  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc) and understanding OOB functionality before customization.
  • Working experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse).
  • Strong experience with D365 customization and configuration (Tables, forms, views, checarts, dashboards, workflows, solutions, security roles, etc )
  • Strong experience with Rest APIs/Web API, OData and SOAP for integration with D365.
  • Strong experience with application development: C#, , JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and MS SQL queries and reports building.
  • Strong experience with Plugins & custom workflow activities
  • Expert in technologies as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
  • Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.

Skills

  • Strong customer-facing skills and demonstrated ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Team player, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English & Arabic. French is a plus.
