Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, and core IT systems
Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and access rights
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches)
Ensure system security, backups, patching, and disaster recovery procedures
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with timely resolution
Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and licenses
Provide IT support to users
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server & Active Directory
Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
Microsoft 365 administration
Backup and security best practices
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Cisco (CCNA)
