We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Power Automate Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automat
- Integrate Power Automate with Power Apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Develop custom connectors and child flows to extend automation capabilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing flows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MIS (Management information System).
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional evening or weekend work for maintenance or emergencies.
- On-call availability may be required depending on business needs.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
