Nulabe is a UAE based environmental advisory firm, focused on delivering sustainable, impactful, and regionally relevant solutions to clients across the MENA and GCC regions. Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a technically grounded and highly organized professional to join our team in Beirut. This role is central to our consultancy operations and offers a unique opportunity to support the delivery of high-impact environmental projects while working closely with clients and subject-matter experts. The role blends project coordination, client communication, and technical oversight. It involves guiding the work of external consultants, conducting contextual research to support project scopes, and reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet expectations and align with the client's needs. In parallel, the successful candidate will contribute to business development efforts and strategic outreach, helping us expand our advisory work across the region.
- Scope of Work
1. Project Management & Technical Oversight
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of consultancy outputs.
- Review expert deliverables to ensure alignment with the scope of work and client expectations.
- Conduct background research to understand the technical and regulatory context of new projects.
- Translate complex requirements into clear briefs for technical contributors.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Proactively manage communications, follow-ups, and progress updates.
- Help shape scopes of work and ensure client satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify and flag new areas where we can provide added value to clients.
3. Business Development & Proposal Coordination
- Monitor tendering platforms and evaluate new opportunities.
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of proposals and technical submissions.
- Track pipeline status, deadlines, and proposal outcomes.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Facilitate seamless coordination between clients, internal stakeholders, and expert consultants.
- Ensure meeting agendas, minutes, and deliverable trackers are maintained and updated.
- Support ongoing learning and process improvements within the project delivery team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting, project coordination, or technical service delivery.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand technical frameworks and sector-specific contexts.
- Experience in waste management, circular economy initiatives, OR construction design verification is highly desirable.
- Prior consultancy experience is a strong asset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with LEED, SITES, or other sustainability certification systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management discipline, including meeting facilitation and documentation.
