*Construction Project Coordinator* ===================================== *Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing construction cost estimates, managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, supporting project planning, analyzing designs, and ensuring accurate project documentation. This role is critical to the success of our construction projects, and we are looking for a skilled professional to provide administrative support to our project managers and site teams. *Responsibilities* * Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates for projects * Manage and maintain BIM models to ensure data accuracy and consistency * Support project planning and coordination by providing administrative assistance to project managers and site teams * Analyze designs and drawings to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings * Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, including reports, schedules, and other relevant materials * Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure project deliverables are met * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors *Requirements* * ${2} years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs * Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks * Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
