Marketing Specialist

We are building an online insurance platform to serve customers in Lebanon.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, with a focus on building strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, overseeing social media marketing, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. We are looking for a creative and analytical individual who can lead marketing campaigns, manage key partnerships, and ensure that our brand maintains a strong presence in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and businesses to expand our reach and drive growth.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful collaboration.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Use market research to develop marketing strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on partnership development and social media marketing.

Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, tools, and analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management, analytics).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
