About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of products that deliver value to our customers and align with company goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and operations—to ensure successful product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer pain points.

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop business cases for new initiatives and measure success against defined KPIs.

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launches.

  • Analyze product performance through data, user feedback, and metrics, making informed decisions for iteration and improvement.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centricity throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile products.

  • Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.

  • Technical background or the ability to engage with engineering teams on technical discussions.
