Join our Front of House Team at Chick-fil-A Lebanon Plaza We're currently hiring Night Shift Team Members who are ready to bring energy, excellence, and care to every guest experience in our Dining Room.
At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Hospitality Host/Hostess (Team members) role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. As a Team Member, you will support the Front of the house team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know
Shift Available: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday–Saturday: 5 per week)
Location: Chick-fil-A Lebanon Plaza
Position Type:

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability

- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners
who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own
content and policies.
