  POSITION SUMMARY Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring a full-time guest services team member. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality experience possible. The Guest Services Department consists of multiple jobs, including: Host, Busser, Barback, and Runner. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working evenings and weekends.    Preferred Qualifications

• Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register; Ability to handle payments accurately and responsibly
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork
• Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards

  Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador Promote Catch-a-Fire's goals and company culture; follow company policies & procedures 
• Greeting all guests immediately and helping guests find seats in the dining and bar areas as needed
• Escorting guests to their seats in the dining areas and suggesting seating in the bar area as needed
• Taking carryout orders in person and over the phone; taking payments with speed and accuracy; responding in a proactive and friendly manner to any guest concerns to ensure outstanding satisfaction
• Checking out carryout customers by locating and coordinating orders
• Being extremely knowledgeable about our menu; answering guests' questions, providing outstanding customer service and making recommendations
• Running and serving food/beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Bussing all areas of the restaurant in a professional and timely manner 
• Understanding our online ordering system, and being knowledgeable regarding information such as hours, directions, menus, general operations, etc.
• Completing opening and closing duties to allow for a successful service (cleaning, organizing, restocking)
• Completing side work duties, including polishing glassware and silverware, cleaning floors, sanitizing tables, bussing and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant space
• Acknowledging and thanking all guests as they depart

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch
• Ability to frequently talk, hear, taste and smell
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds and able to stand for 8 consecutive hours.

Their food truck hit the streets of Cincinnati in 2013, serving wood-fired pizza all over the city, and becoming one of the area's premier caterers. BLUE ASH - Restaurant, Bar & Bottle Shop

Catch-a-Fire Pizza's Blue Ash restaurant, bar & bottle shop in downtown Blue Ash has a  beautiful, relaxing dining space with a large patio and garage doors, giving the space a welcoming indoor/outdoor feel. Catch-a-Fire has successfully established a thriving business by engaging with the community and offering everything from wine tastings to trivia and live music. 

LEBANON - Taproom & Event Space

Catch-a-Fire Pizza opened a third location in Lebanon, OH in late 2022. The space is expansive with a large dining room, indoor/outdoor bar and patio as well as a private event space. Located in downtown Lebanon, Catch-a-Fire has paved the way for a fun and dynamic dining scene for the growing Lebanon community.

WESTWOOD @ West Side Brewing Taproom

Catch-a-Fire operates an expansive exhibition kitchen, highlighting the experience at WestSide Brewing, allowing customers to view three wood-fired blazing ovens and feast on everything from specialty pizzas to artisan appetizers, salads, and desserts. Catch-a-Fire Pizza is the exclusive caterer of WestSide Brewing's private events spaces in Westwood.
