As the Senior Hostess/Host at Dr. Costi House of Beauty, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and overseeing the entire client experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to delivering top -notch customer service in a luxurious clinic setting will be paramount. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service Department, your role will be pivotal in maintaining our clinic's commitment to unparalleled professionalism and elevated customer experiences.    Responsibilities Patient Greeting: Warmly welcoming and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic. Appointment Check -In: Assist patients with appointment check -ins and verifying their details. Appointment Coordination: Ensure a smooth flow of patient appointments and manage any schedule changes. Patient Comfort: Make sure patients are comfortable while they wait for their appointments. Patient Inquiries: Address patient inquiries and provide helpful information about clinic services. Special Assistance: Provide special assistance to patients with mobility issues or special needs. Privacy and Confidentiality: Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality during interactions. Waiting Area Management: Manage the waiting area to ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment, including offering refreshments. Communication with Beauty Professionals: Coordinate with beauty professionals to ensure timely patient care. Patient Communication: Communicate delays or changes to patients in a courteous and timely manner. Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the clinic's services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and assistance to clients. Upselling and Cross -Selling: Offer information about additional services that may interest patients. Complaint Handling: Address patient concerns, complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the Head of Customer Service Department when necessary. Team Support: Assist other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow and support. Workflow Reporting: Report daily workflow information to the Head of Customer Service Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, adhering to the clinic's high standards of cleanliness and luxury. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying informed on the latest industry trends in beauty, service excellence, and customer experience. Additional Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head of Customer Service Department or clinic management. Appointment Management: Manage and coordinate appointments ensuring all treatments start and end on time. Requirements Education & Experience ● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus. ● A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hostess/host or customer service role, preferably in a high -end spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality setting.  Competencies & Skills ● Exceptional customer service and patient experience ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere ● Efficiently handling patient inquiries and concerns ● Organizing appointments and patient flow. ● Collaborating with beauty professionals and staff ● Familiarity with clinic services and products ● Demonstrating patience and composure ● Attention to detail and patient preferences ● Handling multiple tasks and priorities ● Resolving patient complaints with tact ● Maintaining professionalism at all times ● Efficient time and data management ● Anticipating patient needs proactively ● Identifying opportunities for upselling ● Stress management in a fast -paced environment ●       Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
