Job Summary: The Junior HR Officer will assist the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and administrative support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in the processing of payroll and handling employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and provide support during disciplinary processes.
- Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining HR files, preparing reports, and managing HR communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (internship experience may be considered).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
