*Job Responsibilities:*

- Conduct candidate sourcing and market research

  • Prepare and send emails to candidates and clients

  • Follow up on recruitment processes and interview arrangements

  • Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates

  • Manage recruitment files, documentation, and data entry

  • Post job vacancies on relevant platforms

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners

  • Support administrative tasks within the HR department

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in recruitment & administrative support

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
