Our client is a Media & Social Networking company seeking to hire a "Account Manager" to be based in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Design and oversee content calendar creation aligning with client objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients.
- Ensure content production aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Any other tasks as assigned by project manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in content calendar creation, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-driven tools and processes highly desirable.
