- Attend project negotiation meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Design and deliver technical presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Record customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, and document actions taken.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate pricing policies with the sales manager and management team.
- Technical expertise in Air Conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and engineering, with a background in the AC industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
