The Human Resources and Projects Coordinator will play a key role in managing HR functions and coordinating various projects within the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

â¢Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
â¢Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
â¢Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
â¢Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
â¢Coordinate employee training and development programs.
â¢Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related matters.

Project Coordination:

â¢Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within the company.
â¢Coordinate with different departments to ensure project milestones are met.
â¢Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
â¢Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
â¢Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
â¢Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

â¢Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
â¢2+ years of experience in human resources and/or project coordination.
â¢Strong organizational and time management skills.
â¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â¢Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
â¢Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â¢Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
