Job Summary:
An HR Intern is a temporary trainee or entry-level position within the Human Resources department, providing support in various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and HR project assistance. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining the accuracy of employee files, updating employee records, and managing job ads.

Recruitment: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the recruitment process.

Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.

Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.

HR Projects: Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives, including employee wellness programs and policy implementation.

The primary purpose of this internship program is to offer participants a substantive learning experience that enhances their understanding of the retail supermarket industry.

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extending for an additional 6 months based on performance and organizational needs.
