Job Description
As a Security Professional - Access Control Driver Role in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a commercial real estate location. Your presence and professionalism will provide reassurance to those on site as you conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas, verifying credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries related to access procedures and site-specific policies.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and address any security-related concerns.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of access control activities, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures.Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations and maintain a secure environment.Report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.Participate in training and ongoing professional development related to access control and security-related procedures within a commercial real estate location.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
