Job Description
As a Security Professional - Telecom Facility Patrolman in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and provides peace of mind to employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and offer exceptional customer service and communication. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the tech and telecom location, including interior spaces and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.Observe and report security-related irregularities such as property damage, theft, or suspicious activity during patrols.Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or observations as directed by site management.Assist in controlling access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required by site policies.Follow all Allied Universal and client policies and procedures related to security-related operations at the location.What We're Looking For:
