Job Description
As a Security Professional - Media Patrol Officer in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and professional communication. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Observe for signs of suspicious or unusual activity and report findings as directed.Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials when appropriate.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns.Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity.Assist with emergency evacuations and/or drills as required by site-specific protocols.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
