Job Description
As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol in Lebanon, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations to help to deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment. Through frequent patrols and a prominent presence, you will provide support to staff and visitors, address potential concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor and report any suspicious behaviors or activities observed during patrols.Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or authorizations for entry and exit.Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence and offering assistance to employees, visitors, and/or contractors as appropriate.What We're Looking For:
