We are looking for a Female Front Office Agent to join our team as soon as possible. Flexibility in shifts is a must.

Duties:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Do check-in and check-out.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
