Description du poste

Nous recherchons un développeur web Full Stack pour intervenir dans un environnement technique full Microsoft.

Vous participerez à l'amélioration et à la maintenance des fonctionnalités de nos sites digitaux et de notre application mobile, en Full Stack, de la conception au développement, jusqu'au déploiement et au suivi en production.

Compte tenu de la taille de l'équipe, les membres du pôle Système d'Information sont opérationnels : ils analysent les besoins métiers, les mettent en œuvre et assurent les activités de maintenance.

Le candidat idéal doit avoir un fort sens du relationnel et du service, de bonnes capacités d'adaptation, et savoir évoluer dans un contexte multitâches et multi-interlocuteurs. Il doit maîtriser les techniques de développement utilisées par l'entreprise et avoir une bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ainsi que des outils de collaboration (Jira, Confluence, Teams).

Principales missions et responsabilités

  • Réaliser les développements Back Office et Front Office (Full Stack) dans le respect des normes établies.

  • Respecter les exigences d'architecture, de développement et de paramétrage garantissant la sécurité des données clients.

  • Contribuer à la documentation de référence des fronts digitaux : dossier d'architecture, procédure de livraison, documentation technique.

  • Participer à l'organisation du travail de l'équipe, notamment en appliquant les méthodes Agiles retenues.

  • Effectuer les revues de code et partager régulièrement articles, conseils et idées avec l'équipe technique.

Backend :

  • Langages : C#, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core

  • API : Web API RESTful, Swagger, AutoMapper, Microsoft Identity / JWT

  • ORM : Entity Framework Core

  • Base de données : SQL Server, FileStream

  • Architecture : Clean Architecture

Frontend :

  • Framework : Angular (v19+), TypeScript, RxJS

  • UI : Angular Material, Bootstrap, SCSS

  • Outils : NgRx, Lazy Loading, ngx-translate

  • Architecture : Monorepo DDD

Développement Mobile :

  • Xamarin.Forms ou .NET MAUI

  • Déploiement : TestFlight, Google Play Console

DevOps & Cloud :

  • CI/CD : Azure DevOps

Outils & Méthodologies :

  • Contrôle de version : Git

  • Méthodes : Agile Scrum / Kanban

  • Documentation : Confluence

  • Collaboration : Jira, Teams

Qualifications
  • 5 à 15 ans d'expérience, un plus si expérience dans le secteur assuranciel

  • Force de proposition, autonomie et rigueur

  • Bon relationnel et compétences en communication pour expliquer des concepts techniques complexes

  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
