Your Mission:As a senior leader in the Global Learning Domain, you will play an integral role in the digital strategy of design, development, and maintenance of high-impact learning experiences across Murex's global ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs, and guide a team of learning professionals to ensure learning solutions are grounded in instructional theory, aligned with business goals, and powered by innovative production tools and learning technologies.
You will be accountable for the success of learning programs that support employee development and client upskilling. Your work will contribute to the evolution of our learning frameworks, tools, and practices, and play a key role in scaling our digital learning strategy globally. You will champion innovation, data-informed decision-making, and global collaboration to ensure learning at Murex is impactful, accessible, and future-ready.
Your Role:Learning Experience Design:
Lead the design, development, production, and maintenance of effective learning journeys that leverage multiple modalities and are aligned with business priorities.
Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, including Head of Learning Domain, Head of Murex University, and senior management to frame learning needs, outline solutions, and define success metrics.
Oversee the end-to-end design of blended and digital learning journeys using various design and production tools.
Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, engaging, and grounded in adult learning theory and UX principles.
Prototype and test innovative learning formats, including AI-enhanced content, microlearning, on-the-job, and peer learning.
Lead the integration of learning assessment and recognition modalities such as credentialing the skills-based learning into the learning ecosystem.
Define and enforce quality standards for learning content design, development, and maintenance, as well as learner engagement.
Leverage data and learner feedback to continuously improve learning products and processes
Team & Project Leadership:
Manage and coach a team of Learning Designers.
Lead learning production projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Establish and maintain global collaboration practices across regions and time zones.
Learning Technology & Innovation:
Assess and optimize the learning technology ecosystem by evaluating tools across key dimensions, including pedagogical alignment, scalability, user experience, data capabilities, and integration potential.
Develop a forward-looking digital learning roadmap that incorporates innovation, change management, and workforce upskilling to support strategic learning goals.
Education and Experience
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience in learning design, including at least 3 successful years in a senior or strategic role
Proven experience leading global learning initiatives and managing a team.
Previous experience in curriculum design for skills-based learning, incorporating various learning formats and modalities

Strong consulting skills: ability to frame needs, challenge assumptions, and co-create impactful solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Autonomous and results-oriented change agent, with the ability to foster an environment of continuous growth and improvement within an organization
Proficiency in learning analytics, data storytelling, and continuous improvement
Experience mentoring or managing learning professionals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a global matrixed environment
Strong proficiency and experience with LMS platforms, authoring and learning production tools, and AI-enhanced learning tools
Proficiency with graphic design tools is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
