As we continue scaling, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager to drive operations, growth, and execution excellence.

Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee Presentail's day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth coordination between logistics, vendors, customer support, and marketing. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, with the ability to manage KPIs, scale processes, and lead people in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Act as the right hand to the CEO in executing Presentail's vision and growth plans.

  • Translate company goals into operational strategies and measurable outcomes.

  • Provide leadership across teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily business operations including logistics, vendor management, and customer experience.

  • Optimize supply chain efficiency, vendor relations, and order fulfillment.

  • Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale sustainably.

Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

  • Track key business metrics and provide regular performance reports.

  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for profitability.

Team & Culture Building
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff across operations, support, and vendor management.

  • Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity.

  • Empower employees with clear goals, KPIs, and growth opportunities.

Growth & Market Expansion
  • Support business development and partnership initiatives to expand Presentail's vendor and customer base.

  • Work with marketing to ensure alignment between campaigns and operational capacity.

  • Explore and launch new revenue streams, products, and services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, general management, or a leadership role (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or retail).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance.

  • Analytical mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability.

  • Experience in startup or growth-stage environments is a strong plus.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
