Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong partnerships with hotels and restaurants to expand Presentail's offerings and strengthen our brand presence in the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong sense of hospitality, sales acumen, and a passion for fostering long-term business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify, approach, and secure new hotel and restaurant partners to expand Presentail's marketplace.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring consistent communication and long-term collaboration.
Sales Growth: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities that drive mutual revenue growth.
Market Research: Stay informed on hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Partnership Optimization: Work with existing partners to develop new offerings, special packages, and exclusive deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Track sales performance, partner engagement, and pipeline growth through CRM tools and provide regular updates to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Familiarity with the hospitality and food service industries in Lebanon is a strong plus.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
