We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team remotely from Lebanon and manage the commercial operations for our brands in coordination with various departments.

Position Overview:
As a Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, executing operations for multiple brands, analyzing sales and stock reports, and ensuring the profitability of trade channels. This role will work remotely from Lebanon and will require coordination with the regional teams to ensure successful execution of the brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Manage the optimal inventory levels in coordination with the demand planning team to meet the set targets of the brands.
  2. Brand Operations:
    • Regulate and execute all operations for assigned brands, including (but not limited to) new product development (NPD) launches, commercials and margins, principal negotiations, item registry, and timely procurement.
  3. Sales & Stock Analysis:
    • Analyze all sales, stock, and investment-related reports, and plan actionable strategies in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
  4. Promotions & Trade Investment:
    • Roll out all promotional and trade investment deals and monitor their performance across various channels.
  5. Commercial Strategy:
    • Work out a clear commercial strategy for different trade channels and monitor the execution and profitability of the strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and brand operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with sales and stock reports.
  • Experience in executing promotional and trade investment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while coordinating effectively with GCC-based teams.
