Senior Architect Management

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architect with 20+ years of experience to join our leadership team. This role requires an individual with strong architectural expertise, proven management capabilities, and the ability to oversee and guide a team of architects in delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design excellence and project success.
Oversee all project phases: conceptual design, design development, detailed drawings, and construction supervision.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align design vision with project requirements.
Review, approve, and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documents.
Provide mentorship and training to junior and mid-level architects to foster professional growth.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Ensure sustainable and innovative design solutions are implemented.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including leadership in managing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of international and local building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools.
Membership in a professional architectural body is a plus.
Preferred Qualities
Visionary leadership with a passion for design innovation.
Ability to balance creative and technical requirements.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Experience with luxury, commercial, and high-rise projects is an advantage.
