Be the central sales liaison between Brixio and Cloudflare AEs, distributors, partners, and end-clients. Own the proposal process end-to-end: intake, quote preparation, SOW/RFP coordination, CRM hygiene, and proactive follow-up until closure.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary point of contact for all inbound sales requests (Cloudflare AEs, distributor, partners, website). Respond quickly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, or CRM. Prepare and issue quotes in Zoho CRM (licenses, PS, support). Coordinate with Lead Solutions Architect for technical SOWs or RFP responses. Negotiate minor commercial adjustments (discounts within predefined ranges, validated by COO). Maintain CRM with 100% accuracy: all opportunities tracked, updated, and with next actions. Follow up systematically with AEs/distributors until deals are Closed Won/Lost. Provide weekly pipeline reports to COO. Ensure alignment with Delivery Managers for handover of signed deals. KPIsQuote turnaround time (
