Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the marketing leadership team and work closely alongside other supervisors, driving the execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives. This is a collaborative role not a managerial position ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other marketing supervisors and team to implement campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Assist with content creation, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Maintain and contribute to the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Graphic design or copywriting background is a plus.
