Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily activities of medical/pharmacy representatives
  • Set sales targets and monitor individual & team performance
  • Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and coaching sessions
  • Ensure proper product promotion aligned with company strategy
  • Analyse sales data, territory performance, and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies, hospitals, and doctors
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Handle team discipline, motivation, and performance evaluations

  1. Sales target achievement (%)
  2. Territory coverage & call frequency
  3. Growth vs previous period
  4. Product penetration per account
  5. Collection efficiency (if applicable)

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

3 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical sales

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is mandatory
