Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and market share objectives for the oncology portfolio in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with company strategy and brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, nurses, and decision-makers in hospitals and cancer centers.
  • Organize and conduct scientific presentations, product detailing, and educational sessions for HCPs.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with KOLs to support clinical adoption and advocacy.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and treatment trends to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support market access initiatives, tender processes, and reimbursement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior product specialists when needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (Master s degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum +2 years of proven experience in oncology or specialty care sales in Lebanon.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep scientific understanding of oncology products, treatment pathways, and patient management.
  • Strong network with oncologists, hematologists, hospitals, and institutions in Lebanon.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • High level of customer focus, integrity, and compliance orientation.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (French is an advantage).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
