
Senior Oncology Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and market share objectives for the oncology portfolio in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with company strategy and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, nurses, and decision-makers in hospitals and cancer centers.
- Organize and conduct scientific presentations, product detailing, and educational sessions for HCPs.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with KOLs to support clinical adoption and advocacy.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and treatment trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Support market access initiatives, tender processes, and reimbursement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support junior product specialists when needed.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (Master s degree or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum +2 years of proven experience in oncology or specialty care sales in Lebanon.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep scientific understanding of oncology products, treatment pathways, and patient management.
- Strong network with oncologists, hematologists, hospitals, and institutions in Lebanon.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- High level of customer focus, integrity, and compliance orientation.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is an advantage).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
