Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement at Primeline Trading SARL located in Lebanon – Beirut - Hamra.
- Executing all the procedures from paper work and documents required within the contracting sector.
- Researching and identifying potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure they deliver goods and services according to the agreed terms and conditions.
- Communicating with suppliers about orders status, about products and services and resolving issues if it appears.
- Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Negotiating price changes with suppliers when costs fluctuate significantly.
- Ensuring that all procurement activities are compatible with organization policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing support to other departments with procurement-related queries and requests in coordination with the procurement manager.
- English language is a must.
- Living in or near Beirut.
- High Respect for Ethical Standards & Confidentiality.
- Proven 2-3 years of work experience in procurement or similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
