Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement at Primeline Trading SARL located in Lebanon – Beirut - Hamra.

  • Executing all the procedures from paper work and documents required within the contracting sector.
  • Researching and identifying potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure they deliver goods and services according to the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Communicating with suppliers about orders status, about products and services and resolving issues if it appears.
  • Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiating price changes with suppliers when costs fluctuate significantly.
  • Ensuring that all procurement activities are compatible with organization policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing support to other departments with procurement-related queries and requests in coordination with the procurement manager.
Qualifications
  • English language is a must.
  • Living in or near Beirut.
  • High Respect for Ethical Standards & Confidentiality.
  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience in procurement or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
