Director of Student Affairs, COMP-Northwest

The primary purpose of the Director of Student Affairs for COMP -Northwest is to develop and manage the operations of COMP -Northwest Office of Student Affairs and to ensure that all department responsibilities are handled in an accurate and timely manner. The Director of Student Affairs works collaboratively with other WesternU Oregon Offices of Student Affairs and COMP Office of Student Affairs to advocate for the individual and collective needs of students, to communicate and direct students to support resources, to encourage and provide opportunities for students to achieve balance between academics and their personal lives, and to grow in the ways needed to maximize their professional potential. This position reports to the Vice President of WesternU Oregon Student Affairs.
Required Qualifications
Three or more years experience in management experience in a health professionals' institution or institution of higher learning. Master's Degree or higher is required, preferably in Education, Basic Science, Healthcare Specialty, Human Sciences, or a related field. Doctorate Degree or Doctorate in process is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferences will be given to those with previous experience in this or a related field.
